Erin O'Connor, Cara Delevingne, Lacey Turner, Kara Tointon, Helen Macdonald, Lady Michelle Mone, and Lauren Pope are among celebrities who have tweeted their support for Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust's 2016 #SmearforSmear campaign, which highlights the importance of smear tests to combat cervical cancer.

The initiative urges women to smear lipstick onto their faces, take a selfie and share it on social media with the hashtag #SmearforSmear, and are also encouraged to nominate others to do the same.
